COunselling Referral Service for employees
Counselling can provide some much-needed support that could help your employee maintain attendance and productivity at work. It could support your employee through a difficult time. This can help the employee to feel understood, find solutions, make positive changes and build resilience. The result is then an employee who can be present and focus when in their role at work.
I offer a program of 6-8 sessions of therapeutic counselling for your employees. Sessions can be delivered online or face to face.
Caring for your employee’s emotional health and wellbeing can really make them feel valued and in turn improves their commitment to the organisation and a positive working relationship.
